Job Title: Customer Relationship Officer (CRO)

Job Summary:

The Customer Relationship Officer is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, resolving customer issues, and acting as a liaison between the company and its clients. The goal is to increase customer loyalty and retention while supporting sales and service goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns.

• Maintain regular communication with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings.

• Handle and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.

• Ensure customer satisfaction by understanding client needs and offering appropriate solutions.

• Update and manage customer records using CRM software.

• Assist in sales processes by identifying customer needs and upselling relevant products/services.

• Work closely with internal teams (sales, technical support, accounts) to ensure a smooth customer experience.

• Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer issues are resolved and expectations are met.

• Collect feedback and provide suggestions for service improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• Proven experience in customer service, sales, or client management roles.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Problem-solving attitude with a customer-centric approach.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

• Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
