Credit Card Sales Executive – In-Store & Field Sales
Multiple Locations (In-store at Apollo Pharmacy & Field-based)
₹18,000 – ₹24,000 (Fixed) + Incentives up to ₹20,000/month
We are hiring energetic and customer-focused individuals for the role of Credit Card Sales Executive. The role involves both in-store sales at Apollo Pharmacy outlets and field sales activities across residential, commercial, and retail areas. Candidates will be responsible for pitching credit card products, collecting customer documents, and closing leads within the given timeframe.The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth.
Approach pharmacy customers to offer suitable credit card options.
Explain card benefits, features, eligibility, and usage.
Collect and verify documents as per KYC norms.
Maintain visibility of branding and promotional materials in-store.
Visit homes, offices, local shops, and other pharmacies to pitch credit cards.
Generate leads through cold calling, references, and on-ground interactions.
Follow up and convert leads within defined timelines (TAT).
Record daily leads, interactions, and conversion data.
Liaise with backend processing teams for application approvals.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and bank guidelines.
Education:
Minimum: 12th Pass
Preferred: Graduate (any stream)
Experience:
6 months to 2 years in credit card or financial product sales
Freshers with strong communication skills may apply
