Job Description

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our Credit Card Sales team. The role involves promoting credit card products at Apollo Pharmacy stores and through field sales in key localities across Chennai and Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities

In-Store Sales:

• Engage pharmacy customers and pitch relevant credit card options.

• Clearly explain features, benefits, usage, and eligibility.

• Collect documents and verify them as per KYC norms.

• Maintain promotional display and brand visibility at store level.

Field Sales:

• Visit homes, offices, shops, and other pharmacies to pitch credit cards.

• Generate leads through cold calls, walk-ins, and referrals.

• Follow up and convert leads within the required turnaround time (TAT).

Operational:

• Record daily activities, leads, and application status accurately.

• Coordinate with backend teams for processing and onboarding.

• Follow banking and regulatory norms during documentation.

Key Requirements

Education:

• Minimum: 12th Pass

• Preferred: Graduate

Experience:

6 months to 2 years in credit card or financial product sales

Freshers with strong communication skills are also welcome

Salary & Incentives

Fixed Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹24,000

Incentives: Up to ₹20,000 per month based on performance
