Job Description – SBI Credit Card Sales Executive
Position: Sales Executive (Credit Cards)

Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell SBI credit card products to customers through field visits, tele-calling, and in-branch activities.
Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure maximum card activations.
Explain credit card features, benefits, eligibility, fees, and usage clearly to customers.
Conduct customer profiling to match the right product with customer needs.
Maintain good relationships with existing and new customers to encourage repeat business.
Handle customer queries and resolve issues related to application or usage.
Ensure compliance with RBI/SBI policies, KYC norms, and company guidelines.
Skills & Qualifications
Minimum education: Graduate / 12th pass with sales experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Basic knowledge of banking/finance/credit card products preferred.
Freshers with good confidence and enthusiasm are also encouraged.
Work Environment
Field work + office coordination.
Reporting to Team Leader / Area Sales Manager.
Incentive-based role (performance-driven).
