We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager – Corporate Sales with strong industry knowledge in kitchenware/utensils and an excellent network in the corporate and institutional sector. The candidate will be responsible for generating bulk orders, identifying new clients, and building long-term relationships to drive the company’s growth in the B2B space.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and target corporate clients, institutions, hospitality groups, and distributors for bulk kitchenware requirements

• Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the procurement departments

• Generate inquiries and convert leads into high-volume sales

• Present the company’s kitchenware products and capabilities professionally

• Attend industry exhibitions, trade shows, and buyer-seller meets to promote brand visibility

• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts in line with company margins

• Provide feedback to the production team on market demand, customization requests, and new product opportunities

• Maintain records using Excel/CRM tools for forecasting, reporting, and client follow-ups

• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Minimum 3–7 years of experience in corporate/B2B sales (preferably in kitchenware, houseware, or consumer goods)

• Strong network in the corporate or institutional sector is a must

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

• Ability to work independently and take initiative

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and basic CRM tools

• Willingness to travel for client meetings and events
