Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers (e.g., HR, procurement heads, CXOs).
Understand client requirements, budgets, and branding needs to present tailored gifting proposals.
Manage the entire sales cycle: lead generation, meetings, presentations, negotiations, deal closure, and post-sale client servicing.
Coordinate with the design, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and timely deliveries.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Achieve sales targets as per the company’s growth plan.
Maintain accurate sales reports and CRM records.
2+ years of B2B/corporate sales experience, preferably in the corporate gifting, merchandising, or allied industries.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and achieve sales targets.
Strong understanding of the corporate gifting market and customer preferences.
Proficient with MS Office and CRM tools.
