1 Corporate Sales manager
Position Overview
The Corporate Sales Manager is responsible for leading, developing, and executing strategic sales initiatives to drive revenue growth within the corporate segment. This role identifies new business opportunities, and ensures consistent achievement of sales targets. The Corporate Sales Manager works closely with senior leadership to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Planning
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve corporate revenue goals.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify business opportunities.
Forecast sales performance and prepare detailed reports for management.
Business Development
Identify, target, and secure new corporate clients across relevant markets.
Build and maintain strategic relationships with key decision-makers.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
Client Relationship Management
Oversee major accounts and ensure excellent client satisfaction.
Develop customized proposals and solutions based on client requirements.
Handle escalations and negotiate high-value contracts.
Operational & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to align corporate offerings with market needs.
Ensure sales processes and CRM data are accurate and up to date.
Develop and enforce corporate sales policies, procedures, and best practices
Qualifications & Skills
Education
Any Degree
Experience
· 2-5 years of experience in corporate sales, business development, or key account management.
· Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing high-performing teams.
· Experience in the industry (customizable) is an advantage.
