This role is responsible for executing the company’s business development and client engagement strategies within an assigned territory. It involves extensive field activity, corporate visits, bank relationship-building, client outreach, and data collection to support business growth.
Conduct regular corporate visits to establish relationships, present services, and explore partnership opportunities.
Execute structured corporate surveys to gather insights and support market intelligence.
Visit partner banks monthly to strengthen relationships and drive cross-promotional initiatives.
Coordinate with territory branches to align on engagement plans and share field feedback.
Manage communication with clients, including appointment setting, lead generation, and follow-ups.
Deliver materials/documents to corporate clients in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain accurate records of all visits, meetings, and client interactions in CRM/tools.
Submit weekly and monthly performance reports to management.
Support local marketing campaigns and corporate promotions.
Must own a smartphone for communication and reporting.
Must have a two-wheeler for daily field visits and client meetings.
