We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager from a residential construction background to drive business growth, generate new project opportunities, and strengthen client relationships.
The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in business acquisition, tendering, and client management within residential construction or real estate sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential construction (apartments, villas, gated communities, etc.).
Generate leads, manage client meetings, and close deals independently.
Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, developers, architects, consultants, and contractors.
Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and project bids in coordination with the estimation and technical teams.
Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team performance goals.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
Collaborate with project and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction and smooth project execution.
Participate in marketing activities, networking events, and trade shows to promote company services.
Key Skills and Competencies:
Proven experience in business development or sales within construction/residential projects.
Strong network in the real estate and construction domain.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to handle end-to-end sales cycle independently.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Strategic thinking with strong market awareness.
Languages:
Must be fluent in English and Hindi.
Knowledge of Kannada will be an added advantage.
