Follow up with 70-80 customers daily on outstanding invoices through calls, emails, and official communication.
Monitor accounts to identify overdue payments and take necessary follow-up action.
Coordinate with the SCM team to resolve any billing discrepancies or disputes.
Maintain accurate records of collection activity, customer communications, and payment status.
Generate aging reports and highlight critical cases to the management for escalation.
Regularly update the ERP system with payment follow-up notes and collections status.
Assist in reconciling customer accounts and processing receipt entries.
Track promises to pay and ensure timely follow-through.
Share periodic reports on collection performance, DSO, and overdue accounts.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in receivables follow-up or collections, preferably in a mid-sized or listed company.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (Business Central knowledge is a plus).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle difficult conversations professionally.
Good understanding of credit control processes and accounting basics.
