KRA – Collection Executive
1. Collection Targets & Recovery
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly collection targets for overdue accounts.
Ensure timely recovery of outstanding payments as per the collection plan.
Minimize overdue percentage by proactive follow-up.
2. Follow-Up & Communication
Make daily follow-up calls to customers with pending dues.
Send payment reminders through calls, SMS, email, or WhatsApp.
Maintain professional communication while handling customer queries.
3. Account Tracking & MIS Reporting
Update customer payment status in the system daily.
Maintain accurate records of collection activities.
Share daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports with the Manager.
4. Dispute Resolution
Identify reasons for non-payment and resolve customer concerns.
Escalate cases to the manager for legal or special handling when required.
5. Compliance & Documentation
Ensure collection activities follow company policy and RBI/industry guidelines.
Maintain confidentiality of customer data.
Submit collected amounts promptly to the company account.
6. Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage timely payments.
Educate customers on payment modes and benefits of timely payment.
