Job Title: Field Executive – Dealer & Distributor Relations

Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Field Executive to strengthen our relationship with dealers and distributors. The role involves field visits to company partners for consultation, issue resolution, payment recovery, and business insights collection. The Field Executive will be responsible for identifying the reasons behind payment holds, implementing the P2P (Promise to Pay) process, and providing feedback and insights from clients to support business improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Dealer & Distributor Visits:
Conduct regular visits to assigned dealers and distributors as per the schedule.
Build and maintain strong business relationships through consistent engagement and follow-ups.
2. Consultation & Issue Resolution:
Understand and address issues faced by dealers/distributors related to product, service, logistics, or payment.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of escalated issues.
3. Payment Recovery & P2P Process:
Identify and document reasons for payment delays or holds.
Follow the P2P (Promise to Pay) process – obtain commitments from clients regarding payment timelines and ensure adherence.
Update payment and recovery status in the system and share regular reports with management.
The executive will be responsible for following up and collecting overdue payments from dealers and distributors with outstanding balances exceeding one year. This includes coordinating with the sales and accounts teams, maintaining records of communication and recovery efforts, and ensuring timely resolution of long-pending dues.
4. Reporting & Documentation:
Prepare daily/weekly visit reports, highlighting key discussions, commitments, and follow-ups.
