We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Client Servicing Executive who will act as the primary point of contact between the company and its clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, managing communications, coordinating with internal teams, and delivering high-quality service on time.
• Act as the main contact for assigned clients and maintain long-term relationships
• Understand client requirements and communicate them clearly to internal teams (design, operations, marketing, etc.)
• Ensure timely delivery of projects and services as per client expectations
• Track ongoing projects and proactively update clients about progress and deliverables
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues or fulfill client requests promptly
• Prepare reports, presentations, and proposals when needed
• Handle client feedback constructively and ensure continuous improvement
• Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services
• Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline (Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields preferred)
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
• Good coordination and multitasking skills with a detail-oriented approach
• Ability to manage deadlines and client expectations effectively
• Presentation and reporting skills will be an added advantage
