Designation – Client Relationship Executive
Experience – 1 to 3 Years
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary liaison between the company and clients, ensuring prompt resolution of inquiries and
escalations by coordinating with internal teams.
• Maintain and analyse client data, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and actionable insights to improve
customer experience and business operations.
• Conduct in-depth profitability analysis, sales trends, and market research to support decision-making and
business growth.
• Participate in the bidding process by analysing client requirements, preparing competitive proposals,
coordinating pricing strategies, and ensuring favourable contract terms.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups, feedback collection, and
identifying upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
• Support business development by providing timely reports, sales analysis, and strategic recommendations
to Sales, Operations, and Product teams.
Required Technical Skills:
• Good Communication Skills
• Ability to Read and Write English
• Basic MS Excel knowledge.
• Must have a smart phone.
• Must have a Bike and Valid driving license
