We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive sales and client acquisition in the security services sector. The role involves identifying business opportunities, developing strong client relationships, and promoting our range of manpower & security solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the security services industry and proven experience in corporate/industrial client acquisition.
Identify and generate new business opportunities in corporate offices, industrial units, residential societies, educational institutions, and government contracts.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships by understanding their security needs and offering customized solutions.
Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and market expansion.
Conduct client meetings, prepare proposals, and deliver presentations for security services (manpower supply, surveillance, guarding solutions, etc.).
Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure timely signing of agreements.
Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
Keep track of competitor activities, market trends, and potential opportunities in the security services domain.
Maintain sales pipeline and prepare periodic reports on performance.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Marketing/Commerce or equivalent.
2–5 years of experience in business development or sales in security services/facility management/manpower outsourcing.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to understand client requirements and offer effective security solutions.
Knowledge of government/commercial tender processes will be an added advantage.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
Proficiency in MS Office.
