*Job Purpose:*
To identify new business opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and drive organizational growth by increasing revenue and expanding client base.
*Key Responsibilities:*
	•	Identify potential clients in target markets and generate leads.
	•	Develop and implement business development strategies.
	•	Prepare proposals, presentations, and pitch decks.
	•	Represent the company at meetings, industry events, and conferences.
	•	Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
	•	Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and customer needs.
	•	Achieve sales targets and revenue goals.

*Required Skills & Qualifications:*
	•	Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
