We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented professionals for the role of Business Development Manager (BDM) in our Agency Channel. The BDM will be responsible for recruiting and managing a team of agents/advisors and driving insurance business through them.

Recruit, train, and motivate a team of insurance advisors.

Achieve sales targets through the team and manage performance.

Drive business through your agents by activating them on a regular basis.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and advisors.

Age: 22 to 40 years

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in sales (any sector)
