We launched our Heat Flow™ Outdoor Heaters in 1997, Cool Flow™ Mist Fans in 2005, Mist Flow™ Misting System in 2006, Misting Pole in 2008, Heat Flow™ Electrical Heater in 2012, Cooling Cannon in 2013, Pyramid Heater in 2017, Dual Mist Fan in 2018, Octagonal Cooling Cannon in 2020 and Mobile Sanitization/Disinfectant System in 2020. Role Overview:
We seek a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth, forge strong client relationships, and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the design and contracting industry.
We are coming up with the exclusive patented researched by IIT product and to market the same Government Experience will be helpful.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Market Research & Strategy Development:
- Identify and analyze market trends, potential clients, and business opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
2. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
- Identify and establish relationships with potential clients in residential, commercial, Government and retail sectors.
- Maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
3. Lead Generation & Proposal Development:
- Generate leads through networking, industry events, and digital platforms.
- Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and contracts to secure new projects.
4. Collaboration & Coordination:
- Work closely with the design and project management teams to ensure seamless delivery of client requirements.
- Liaise with external stakeholders, including vendors and consultants, to ensure project success.
5. Brand Promotion:
- Represent DesigNo International at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences.
- Promote the company’s portfolio and services through strategic marketing efforts.
6. Performance Analysis:
- Monitor sales metrics, prepare reports, and present insights to senior management.
- Continuously refine business development strategies based on performance data.
Qualifications & Skills:
ü Bachelor’s / Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
ü Proven experience (5+ years) in business development.
ü Strong network within the design and construction industry.
ü Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
ü Hands-on experience on Microsoft excel, Emailing, Linkdin and other social platforms.
ü Experience in channels like Direct Buys /Email /SMS /OEM/Affiliate Display/Mobile Advertising.
ü Strong written and verbal communication skills
ü Previous experience in setting up campaigns and managing the campaign performance independently, specially Exhibitions.
ü Strong analytical skills
ü Fairly decent Understanding & execution of alternate channels like Facebook, Google, YouTube on Performance
ü Ability to work with tight deadlines
ü Passion for design and an understanding of industry trends.
