Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the Urology and Nephrology segment and be responsible for driving business growth in the assigned territory through strategic sales and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute business strategies to achieve sales targets in the assigned geography

• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders including healthcare professionals, hospitals, and distributors

• Promote and position products effectively within the Urology and Nephrology segment

• Identify new business opportunities and ensure brand visibility in the region

• Provide regular market feedback and maintain detailed reports on sales activities

• Conduct product presentations and training sessions as required

Candidate Requirements:

• Education: Minimum B.Sc / B.Pharma or any Graduate degree

• Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in the Uro/Nephro segment preferred (not mandatory)

• Strong territory knowledge of respective location

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

• Good command over MS Office and digital tools

• Ability to quickly adapt to changing market conditions and internal processes

• Demonstrated knowledge of therapeutic areas in Urology and Nephrology is a plus
