Location: [Specific Branch or Region] CTC: Rs.3.25 Lakhs per annum Job Summary: The BDM will be responsible for driving Credit Life Insurance sales through Union Bank of India branches by building strong relationships with branch staff, generating leads from loan customers, and ensuring policy conversions. Key Responsibilities: - Drive sales of Credit Life insurance products through Union Bank of India branches. - Build strong working relationships with Branch Managers and loan officers. - Educate and train branch staff on product offerings, processes, and benefits of credit life insurance. - Generate leads from home loans, auto loans, personal loans, and other lending products. - Ensure timely login and issuance of policies with accurate documentation. - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company. - Conduct customer need analysis and provide suitable insurance solutions. - Regular branch visits to increase activation and business contribution. - Provide post-sale services including policy delivery and resolving customer queries. - Maintain MIS reports and share updates with reporting manager regularly. Required Skills and Qualifications: - Graduate in any discipline (Preferred: BFSI background). - 1-3 years of sales experience (preferably in Life Insurance, Banking, or Financial Services). - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to build relationships and influence bank staff. - Goal-oriented and self-motivated. - Basic knowledge of insurance products and financial services.
