Designation - Business Development Manager(Credit life channel)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development & Sales:
Drive Credit Life Insurance sales through partner banks and NBFCs.
Develop new business opportunities with existing and new financial institution partners.
Ensure achievement of assigned sales targets and profitability goals.
2. Partner Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at partner institutions.
Conduct regular training sessions and engagement activities for partner sales teams.
Address partner queries and concerns, ensuring a smooth onboarding and sales process.
3. Operations & Compliance:
Ensure seamless policy issuance and claims processing in coordination with internal teams.
Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance guidelines set by IRDAI.
Manage documentation, agreements, and service-level agreements (SLAs) with partners.
4. Training & Development:
Provide training to partner bank employees on Credit Life products.
Ensure awareness and skill-building programs for partners to enhance sales effectiveness.
