We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team. The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit bakery and ice-cream clients, explain products and show how to use them.
Submit daily reports and monthly records as per company format.
Travel 15–20 days a month within the assigned zone for sales work.
Ensure dealers always have the right stock levels.
Handle new business deals by understanding requirements, negotiating contracts, and aligning them with operations.
Communicate effectively by:
Following up on new business opportunities and meetings
Preparing and giving presentations
Sharing new product details with clients
Helping in marketing material preparation
Writing reports and giving feedback to management
Job Requirements:
The minimum requirement for the candidate is 0.5 - 6+ years of experience. Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must. Applicants should also have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer use and the ability to utilize technology effectively are essential.
