Looking for a dynamic professional with experience in partnerships, sales & distribution (FMCG/Agri/Supply Chain) to expand rural markets and build sustainable logistics networks for a leading social impact foundation.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Partnerships
Explore and build new markets for products created by Self-Help Groups (SHGs) and local entrepreneurs.
Identify, develop, and manage partnerships with corporates, distributors, and logistics providers, bulk buyers (APMC Market, Hotels & Restaurants, Nurseries, etc)
Negotiate and structure partnerships that ensure long-term sustainability and growth.
2. Logistics & Distribution Management
Strengthen last-mile distribution networks for SHG products - create and manage a network of distributors across various towns in Maharashtra
Identify e-commerce platforms that support women empowerment and tie up with them to include our products
Design efficient logistics models that ensure efficient delivery of products to distributors / customers and payment cycles
3. Strategic Growth
Work directly with the Founder to design and execute business strategies.
Translate the Foundations social mission into scalable, revenue-oriented initiatives.
Take on leadership responsibilities over time, with the vision of stepping into a COO-level role.
4. Stakeholder Engagement
Collaborate with government agencies, corporates, and NGOs to build ecosystems that support rural entrepreneurship.
Represent the Foundation at external forums and build its brand visibility.
5. Monitoring & Reporting
Track progress of business development initiatives and distribution efficiency.
Provide regular reports and insights to the Founder for decision-making.
