Key Responsibilities:
Identify, research, and develop new business opportunities and potential clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve sales targets.
Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Prepare and deliver compelling business presentations, proposals, and quotations.
Collaborate with the marketing team to plan campaigns and promotional activities.
Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure smooth onboarding of clients.
Monitor and report on business development performance against targets.
Maintain a strong sales pipeline and regularly update CRM .
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 5 years of experience. Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must.
