About the Role

Newtech Steels Industries Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a proactive, dynamic, and result-driven Business Development Manager to expand our client base and lead a small sales team. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in lead generation, client engagement, and market strategy, with a passion for driving business growth in the industrial and construction sectors.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation

• Independently generate new business leads through Google Mapping, field visits, and detailed market research.

• Identify new market segments and potential clients to expand the company’s reach.

2. Client Acquisition & Engagement

• Target key stakeholders including architects, dealers, civil engineers, and plumbers to build a strong client network.

• Conduct 2–3 monthly client meetings to strengthen long-term relationships and explore expansion opportunities.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects to drive closures.

3. Team Management

• Lead, mentor, and support a small team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Monitor performance, guide field activities, and ensure smooth management of the active sales pipeline.

4. Market Intelligence

• Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

• Use insights to refine sales strategies, introduce improvements, and identify new business opportunities.
