Role Objective:

To manage and support a team of existing insurance advisors, focusing on their development, activation, and retention to drive consistent business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advisor Engagement & Support:

  • Oversee a portfolio of 15–30 existing advisors, ensuring their continuous engagement and productivity.

  • Provide regular training sessions to enhance advisors' product knowledge and sales skills.

  • Monitor advisors' performance metrics and implement strategies to improve their activation rates.

• Retention Strategies:

  • Develop and execute initiatives aimed at retaining high-performing advisors.

  • Address concerns and challenges faced by advisors to reduce attrition.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide necessary support and resources to advisors.

• Performance Monitoring:

  • Track monthly, quarterly, and annual performance targets for each advisor.

  • Analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

  • Prepare and present reports on advisor performance and retention metrics to senior management.

• Advisor Activation Rate

• Advisor Retention Rate

• Business Volume from Managed Advisors

• Training and Development Hours per Advisor

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline

• 1–2 years of experience in insurance sales, advisor management, or a related field.

• Ability to analyze performance data and implement improvement strategies.
