Position: B2B Field Sales Executive

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic BDM to join our team. The role involves face-to-face client meetings and is heavily field-oriented, requiring candidates to be proactive, persuasive, and self-driven.
Conduct direct sales meetings with clients (primarily B2B / white-collar professionals).
Identify and acquire new business opportunities through cold visits, referrals, and existing networks.
Understand client needs and present suitable products/services.
Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term business growth.
Regularly update reports and share market feedback with the internal team.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Willingness to travel extensively (up to 90% field work).
Must own a 2-wheeler with a valid driving license.
Prior experience in B2B sales is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Basic understanding of sales reporting and CRM tools is a plus.
