Lead generation and sales: Generate new leads through networking, cold calling, and following up on referrals. Use strong negotiation skills to close deals and secure new clients.
Client relationship management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients, stakeholders, and potential partners.
Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure goals are aligned and successful outcomes are achieved.
Reporting and performance tracking: Monitor business performance, track progress toward goals, and prepare status reports using CRM software.
