Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM) – Direct Channel

Location: Ahmedabad

Experience: Minimum 1.5 years in Life Insurance (Direct Channel candidates preferred)

Salary: ₹3 LPA – ₹5 LPA

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) for our Direct Channel in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in life insurance sales, especially through direct channels, and should be passionate about driving business growth and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and drive sales of life insurance products through direct walk-ins, leads, and self-sourcing.

• Identify potential customers and convert them into long-term clients.

• Maintain strong product knowledge to explain policies, benefits, and features to customers.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the organization.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.

• Coordinate with internal teams for proposal processing, documentation, and customer service.

• Track sales performance and prepare regular reports.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Confidence in direct customer interactions and closing sales.

• Good understanding of life insurance products and market trends.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

• Ability to maintain professional relationships with customers.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 1.5 years of experience in Life Insurance Sales.

• Direct Channel experience highly preferred.

• Graduation required (Any stream).

• Age: 21–35 years (preferred).
