Key Responsibilities
• Acquire new clients for domestic recruitment (PAN India / region-wise hiring).
• Generate business opportunities from various sectors—Retail, Manufacturing, Logistics, FMCG, Hospitality, Construction, Healthcare, etc.
• Understand client hiring needs and coordinate with the internal recruitment team.
• Submit shortlisted profiles, arrange interviews, and ensure successful closures.
• Maintain relationships with HR Managers & decision-makers.
• Negotiate service charges, payment terms, and agreements.
• Maintain MIS, sales pipeline, and daily reports.
• Achieve monthly business and revenue targets.
• Follow up for invoice processing and payment collection.
