Position Summary:
The Zonal Head — Clan Business will be responsible for overseeing business operations, strategy execution, and revenue growth within the assigned zone. This leadership role demands a blend of strategic vision, operational excellence, and people management to scale up Clan Business initiatives effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the Clan Business operations in the assigned zone (Gujarat and surrounding regions).
Develop and execute regional business strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Identify and cultivate key partnerships, alliances, and customer networks (Clans) to expand market reach.
Drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement initiatives in alignment with organizational goals.
Build, mentor, and lead high-performance regional teams to deliver superior results.
Monitor and analyze business performance metrics; recommend and implement corrective actions as needed.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing, operations, and customer service strategies.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements across all business activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or operations leadership, preferably in Retail
Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing large, distributed teams.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
High degree of entrepreneurial mindset and customer orientation.
