Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead the expansion and growth of our café brand in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth through innovative marketing and sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
· Identify and develop new business opportunities and market expansion initiatives.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, vendors, and landlords.
· Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences.
· Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales and expansion goals.
· Collaborate with marketing teams to plan promotional campaigns and brand positioning strategies.
· Negotiate contracts, lease agreements, and partnerships.
· Monitor sales performance and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
· Represent the brand at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
· 3+ years of experience in business development, preferably in the F&B, hospitality, or retail sector.
· Strong network in the Bangalore market is a plus.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Proven track record of achieving targets and driving business growth.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Passion for the food and café industry.
