Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team at Wrencho, powered by iFuel. The BDM will be responsible for expanding our network by onboarding District Partners (DPs) and ensuring the recruitment of Delivery Partners in assigned territories. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, field sales experience, and the ability to meet onboarding targets within given timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and onboard 3 new District Partners in the assigned territory during the probation period.
Ensure each District Partner successfully onboards at least 50 Delivery Partners.
Build and maintain strong business relationships with potential partners and stakeholders.
Develop and execute local strategies to achieve sales and onboarding targets.
Conduct meetings, presentations, and follow-ups with prospective partners.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and support for DPs.
Monitor partner performance and provide regular progress reports to management.
Maintain accurate records of leads, partner onboarding status, and agreements.
Requirements:
Education: Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Experience: Minimum 2 years in business development, sales, franchise development, or partner onboarding.
Strong networking, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Willingness to travel extensively within assigned states.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and digital communication tools.
