Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in the employee transportation and mobility sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with HR, Admin, and Transport Heads of corporate clients.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and emerging client needs.
Design and present customized employee transportation proposals and solutions.
Collaborate with operations and technology teams to ensure client requirements are effectively delivered.
Achieve sales targets and ensure consistent business growth.
Participate in client meetings, negotiations, and contract finalization.
Represent the company at corporate events, trade fairs, and networking sessions.
Ensure client satisfaction through proactive account management and service quality follow-up.
Graduate / MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent.
5+ years of experience in corporate sales, preferably in employee transportation, fleet management, or facility management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong presentation and proposal-writing ability.
Understanding of route planning, fleet operations, and transportation technology is an advantage.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
