Build and maintain strong relationships with referring doctors and partners.
Identify new business opportunities, tie-ups, and corporate partnerships.
Conduct field visits and regular follow-ups to ensure continuous referrals.
Organize health camps, awareness programs, and patient education sessions.
Meet monthly targets for patient referrals and revenue generation.
Collect feedback from the field to improve service delivery.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth onboarding of referred patients.
Maintain detailed records of visits, leads, and conversion rates.
Monitor competitors and provide insights to management.
