Essential Functions:
JD for Business Developer-
Strategize new opportunities for business acquisition & penetration with existing and new clients through various portals.
Identifying the decision makers and decision influencers in the prospective companies and introducing them about company offerings to them.
Prepare presentation & proposals and coordinate with customer as well as company management.
Preparing business (consultations) proposals, discussing same with clients, and following up accordingly.
Achieve the HR Services goals and the milestones as set by the company.
Key Responsibilities for Business Developer (Marketing/ Sales) at Universal Hunt:
- Strategize new opportunities for business acquisition & penetration with existing and new clients through various portals.
- Engage with domestic and international companies for leadership hiring needs.
- Identifying the decision makers and decision influencers in the prospective companies and introducing them about company offerings to them.
- Connect with hiring managers, recruiters, and senior executives to explain our services.
- Highlight past clients to build credibility and trust.
- Utilize platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, and MonsterGulf to find and connect with potential clients.
- Make follow-up calls and maintain continuous communication with clients.
- Manage relationships to ensure successful client engagement and satisfaction.
