Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive sales of our corporate meal services (breakfast, lunch, dinner) to SMEs, corporates, and IT companies. The role involves identifying potential clients, building strong relationships with HR/Admin/Facility teams, and closing sales to ensure long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new B2B leads from SMEs, corporates, and IT sector companies.
Pitch and promote our meal service plans (breakfast, lunch, dinner) to HR/Admin/Facility decision-makers.
Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat and bulk orders.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiate contracts.
Coordinate with internal operations team to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in B2B/Corporate Sales, preferably in food, catering, or facility services.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to network and connect with decision-makers in corporates/IT companies.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven.
