About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Relationship Manager to join our growing team. In this
role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, conducting site
visits, and driving business growth through strategic client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and target potential business clients through field visits, referrals, and inbound leads
• Conduct regular client visits and on-site inspections to understand client needs and provide
customized solutions
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and pricing based on client requirements
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., operations, marketing, technical) to ensure client
satisfaction
• Track sales activity using CRM tools and generate timely reports for management
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings
Requirements:
• Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or relationship management
• Willingness to travel extensively for client and site visits
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in Digital Marketing is a strong advantage
• Local market knowledge and existing client networks
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
