We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team Sundaram Finance Ltd.. The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities for car loans through direct sales, dealer visits, and referrals.

• Build and maintain relationships with automobile dealers, DSA (Direct Selling Agents), and other channel partners.

• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for car loan disbursements.

• Understand customer requirements, explain product features, and recommend suitable finance options.

• Handle end-to-end loan process including documentation, eligibility check, and coordination with credit & operations teams.

• Ensure timely follow-up with customers and maintain a high conversion rate.

• Stay updated on competitor offerings, market trends, and customer preferences.

• Maintain proper records of leads, prospects, and conversions in CRM/system.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 5 years of experience. Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must. Applicants should also have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer use and the ability to utilize technology effectively are essential.
