Job Title: Field Sales Executive (B2B)

Location: Lucknow/Indira Nagar.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify potential B2B clients and generate new leads.

Conduct field visits to present and promote SLMI services.

Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Understand client needs and offer appropriate service solutions.

Meet or exceed assigned sales targets.

Provide daily reports on visits and client interactions.

Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.

Required Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

Good understanding of B2B sales processes.

Self-motivated and target-driven.

Eligibility Criteria:

Education: Graduate (Any Stream)

Experience:

Freshers: Welcome to apply (Graduate degree required).

Salary to be discussed during the interview based on experience and performance.

Salary & Benefits:

For Freshers: ₹12,000 – ₹14,000/month + Incentives
