About the Role:

We Protect is looking for dynamic and self-motivated Business Development Executives (BDEs) to drive sales and promote our cutting-edge safety alarm products. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fieldwork, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to reaching new customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and approach potential customers in assigned territory.

Present and demonstrate safety alarm products to clients.

Achieve sales targets through field visits, cold calling, and networking.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Report daily activities and updates to the sales manager.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of field sales experience.

Bachelor’s degree in any stream.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Willingness to travel within Bangalore.

Maximum age: 35 years.

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Based on experience)

Incentives: Performance-based incentives available.

Allowances: Petrol allowance included.
