Ferrero is seeking energetic and results-driven Business Development Executives (BDEs) to join our team in Chennai and Bangalore. As a BDE, you will be responsible for approaching merchants and promoting our FMCG products to increase market presence and drive sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Approach merchants and retailers to sell Ferrero’s FMCG products.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Identify and generate new business opportunities within assigned areas.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and market trends.
Maintain accurate records of sales and client interactions.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 12th pass.
1+ years of relevant experience in sales, preferably in FMCG.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with merchants.
Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹25,000 (plus incentives and petrol allowance).
Shift: General shift, 9:30 am – 6:30 pm.
Age Limit: Up to 35 years.
