Job Description – Business Development Manager (Field Sales)

Position: Business Development Manager – Corporate Credit Card Sales
Location: Bhilwara Rajasthan.
Salary Package (In-Hand): ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month

About the Role:

We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Business Development Manager (Field Sales) to acquire and manage corporate clients for credit card sales. The role involves on-ground client visits, direct interactions with decision-makers, and driving business growth through field sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field visits to approach and acquire new corporate clients for credit card sales.

• Generate leads through market research, cold calling, networking, and referrals.

• Schedule and attend meetings with senior decision-makers to present credit card products.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by closing corporate deals.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for long-term business opportunities.

• Maintain proper documentation, KYC, and compliance requirements during the onboarding process.

• Provide regular updates and reports on field sales performance.

Key Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PG in Sales & Marketing preferred).

• 1–5 years of experience in field sales/business development, preferably in banking, financial services, or credit card sales.

• Strong B2B field sales background with proven ability to meet targets.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Willingness to travel extensively for client acquisition.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented individual.
