Summary of Position:
This is a full-time on-site role based in Ahmedabad. The Business Development Executive (BDE) will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and staying current with industry trends particularly in the Plant and Facility Management sector.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities in the Plant/Facility Management sector
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, facility managers, and other stakeholders
Develop and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients
Coordinate with internal teams (operations, technical, and finance) to deliver customized solutions
Maintain an up-to-date database of leads, opportunities, and client communications
Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to promote the brand and generate leads
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by management
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
1–2 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the Plant/Facility/Industrial services sector
Good understanding of plant operations, maintenance services, and facility management solutions
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proactive, self-motivated, and target-oriented
Proficiency in MS Office tools
Willingness to travel for client meetings and business opportunities
