We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving company growth through sales initiatives.
Identify and pursue new business leads through various channels (calls, visits, emails)
Pitch products/services to potential clients and generate interest
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business
Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
Attend meetings, exhibitions, or industry events when required
Maintain accurate records of calls, meetings, and client interactions
Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams for smooth onboarding of clients
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
Self-motivated and target-driven
Basic knowledge of MS Office or CRM tools is a plus
Fluency in English, Hindi, or regional languages preferred
