We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Business Development Executive / Assistant Manager to drive the growth of our healthcare services. This role will focus on establishing strong partnerships with doctors, societies, and corporate entities to increase business opportunities. The successful candidate will also be responsible for conducting health camps, managing staff, and assisting in the overall operation of the centre.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Doctor, Society, and Corporate Visits:
Conduct regular visits to doctors’ clinics, societies, and corporate offices to establish and nurture relationships.
Promote our services and tie-ups with healthcare professionals to increase the visibility and usage of our healthcare offerings.
Negotiate and close agreements to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
Build a network of healthcare professionals and business partners to create long-term business opportunities.
2. Health Camps:
Organize and conduct health camps at doctors' clinics, society areas, and industrial zones (e.g., MIDC areas) to promote health awareness and increase business.
Plan, schedule, and execute 8-10 health camps per month.
Ensure smooth execution of health camps, including setting up, patient registration, coordinating with medical staff, and providing follow-up care.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of health camps to continuously improve future events.
3. Staff Management &Centre Operations:
Assist in the day-to-day operations of the centre (branch), ensuring that all activities are aligned with organizational goals.
Monitor and guide the staff in delivering high-quality services to clients and patients.
Provide leadership and support to ensure the team is motivated, well-trained, and meeting performance targets.
Ensure adherence to company policies and protocols to maintain operational efficiency.
4. Business Growth & Target Achievement:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase the company’s market presence.
Track business development activities, report on progress, and provide regular updates to management.
Work collaboratively with other teams (e.g., marketing, operations) to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
5. Administrative & Reporting Tasks:
Maintain accurate records of visits, health camps, and other business activities.
Prepare and submit regular reports to management on the progress of business development efforts and health camps.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all operational requirements are met for successful camp execution.
