We are looking for a passionate and driven Business Development Executive (Sales) to help expand our customer base and increase revenue. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong client relationships. Freshers with strong communication skills and a passion for sales are welcome to apply.
Identify potential customers through market research, cold calling, social media, and networking.
Handle inbound/outbound sales calls and follow up on leads.
Present and promote the company’s products/services to prospective clients.
Understand customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions.
Coordinate with internal teams to prepare proposals and deliver client requirements.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM and prepare regular sales reports.
Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Participate in client meetings (virtual/in-person) and business development events.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: 1–3 years in business development or sales.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Sales Skills: Good negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities.
Market Awareness: Basic understanding of sales cycles, client needs, and market trends.
Technical Tools: Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); CRM knowledge is a plus.
Personality: Positive attitude, target-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
Flexibility: Willing to work under pressure and adaptable to a dynamic sales environment.
Preferred: Prior internship or experience in B2B/B2C sales or client handling is an added advantage.
