Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented Academic Advisor – Field Sales to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving student enrollments through field-based outreach and advising prospective students on educational programs that align with their goals and interests. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a passion for education, and a results-driven sales mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct field visits to schools, colleges, events, and other relevant venues to generate leads and promote academic programs.
Counsel prospective students and parents through face-to-face meetings, presentations, and one-on-one sessions.
Understand and clearly communicate program offerings, career pathways, and eligibility criteria to potential students.
Achieve monthly/quarterly enrollment targets through effective pipeline management and follow-ups.
Organize and participate in education fairs, seminars, and open house sessions to build brand awareness.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student interactions and lead status using CRM tools.
Provide regular feedback and market intelligence to the sales and marketing teams.
Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders, such as school counselors, local influencers, and community partners.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education, Business, or Marketing preferred).
1–3 years of experience in field sales, academic counseling, or admissions.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office Suite.
Fluency in [insert local language] and English is preferred.
