We are looking for a driven and energetic Business Development Executive to join our team. This is a field role that involves meeting restaurant partners face-to-face, pitching Dil Foods’ offerings, and driving growth in the assigned territory.
Prospecting & Lead Generation
Identify and connect with potential restaurant partners through market research, referrals, and cold calling.
Build a strong pipeline of leads to ensure consistent growth opportunities.
Meet restaurant owners/managers directly to pitch Dil Foods’ value proposition and onboard them.
Engage with restaurant partners to understand their business needs and explain how Dil Foods can support their growth.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase offerings.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
Build long-term relationships by addressing partner queries and providing ongoing support.
Continuously identify new business opportunities and expansion areas within the assigned territory.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, Culinary) to ensure seamless partner onboarding and integration.
Bachelor’s degree in any field.
0–2 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the food, hospitality, or related industries (freshers with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply).
Strong sales aptitude and willingness to learn.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within the territory.
