Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2B Sales Executive to promote and sell our range of cleaning chemicals to key sectors, including hotels, hospitals, and government establishments. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the industry and a proven track record in B2B sales. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
Identify and approach potential clients in the hospitality, healthcare, and public sector segments.
Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate target markets and meet business growth objectives.
Client Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers (procurement managers, facility managers, etc.).
Provide tailored solutions based on client needs and product specifications.
Sales Execution:
Drive sales of cleaning chemicals for housekeeping, laundry, kitchen hygiene, and general sanitation.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase benefits and effectiveness.
Negotiate pricing and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
Market Research and Analysis:
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Identify emerging business opportunities and recommend new products or strategies to management.
Reporting and Documentation:
Prepare regular sales reports, including pipeline updates, forecasts, and client interactions.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all sales activities.
Required Skills and Experience:
Proven experience (3+ years) in B2B sales, preferably in cleaning chemicals, hospitality supplies, or similar industries.
Strong network within the hotel, healthcare, or government sectors is a plus.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to understand technical aspects of cleaning chemicals and provide client-specific solutions.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, or related field (preferred).
Sales certifications or training in B2B sales techniques are an advantage.
